Gokul Pitha
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh coconut, grated
- 250 grams mawa
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Nirvana Organic Forest Honey
- 1 cup refined flour
- Desi cow ghee for frying
- Silver foil
- Almond shavings
Method:
- In a pan, mix the grated coconut, mawa, jaggery, and cardamom powder. Fry the mixture for 5 minutes.

- Prepare a thick batter by mixing water into the refined flour.
- Dip the coconut balls into the batter and fry them in hot ghee until golden brown.

Makhana Pag
Ingredients:
- 50 grams makhana

- 50 grams dry coconut, chopped

Method:
- Quarter the makhanas and chop the coconut into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan and lightly fry the coconut pieces until golden brown. In the same pan, fry the makhanas until golden.
- Add the fried makhanas and coconut to a greased plate. Drizzle 3 tsp of Nirvana Organic Forest Honey or Stevia over the mixture.
- Let the mixture set for 2 hours, then cut it into pieces. Your Makhana Pag is ready to enjoy.
Dhaniya Panjiri
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup Stevia
- 7-8 makhanas
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp almond slivers
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 3 tbsp Badri Cow Ghee
- Rose petals
- 1 tbsp pistachio slivers
Method:
- Lightly heat the coriander seeds until they release a mild fragrance. Cool and grind them finely.
- Heat ghee and lightly fry the makhanas and other dry fruits until golden brown. Remove from heat and mix with the ground coriander.
- Add Stevia, cardamom powder, and rose petals to the mixture. Your Dhaniya Panjiri is ready.
Panchamrit
Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Badri Cow Ghee
- 2 tbsp Nirvana Organic Forest Honey
- 2 tbsp panch meva, chopped
- Some basil leaves
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together. Your Panchamrit is ready to serve.
Masala Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tsp Nirvana Organic Pahadi Haldi.
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 4 cardamom pods
- 5-7 almonds, sliced
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp powdered jaggery
- A few saffron strands
Method:
- Grind the cinnamon and cardamom into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle.
- Dry roast the almonds and flaxseeds in a pan and set them aside.
- Boil the milk, adding the Nirvana Organic Pahadi Haldi, crushed cinnamon and cardamom, roasted almonds, flaxseeds, and jaggery.
- Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Garnish with saffron strands and serve warm after dinner.
Red Rice Gopalkala
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Nirvana Organic Himalayan Red Rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup plain curd
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp scraped fresh coconut

- Few curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tsp peanuts

Method:
